Collecting Logs

Description

 

To help the Wayk Now development team pinpointing your issue, you can collect and send them logs.

 

Procedure

 

First, you have to enable logs in the Wayk Now options before launching a session.

 

1. To do so, go to File > Options in the Wayk Now Main Window Menu.

2. Then, click the Advanced tab.

3. From the Logging Level drop-down list, select Debug, then click OK.

4. Launch a session and reproduce the issue.

 

5. Once you have reproduced the issue, stop the Wayk Now session.

 

6. Return to the Advanced section of the Wayk Now Main Window options.

7. Click Show in folder to get the log file.

 

8. Send your log file to support@devolutions.net.

 

9. When you are finished, you can turn off the logging feature by selecting Off from the Logging Level drop-down list.
