Remote Assistance

Description

This topic explains how to launch a session in case of remote assistance. There must be a person in front of the remote computer to launch Wayk Now and give information to the user who wants to connect.

If you want access to another computer without the assistance of a person, please consult the Unattended Access section.

Procedure

Here is an example of launching a session with Wayk Now: https://cdn.devolutions.net/download/Documents/help-content/RemoteAssistanceWAYK-EN.pdf.

You can also regenerate the password by clicking the circle arrow (btn_retry).

If you wish to set a custom password or configure the password generator parameters, please refer to the Security Options section.

3. Source ID

3.1 The Source ID is assigned by Wayk Den.

For more information about Wayk Den, please refer to the Wayk Den section.
